A LITTLE ON HOW WE WORK
We use the Hollywood model. Which means, we do not have fixed teams of associates that are repeatedly deployed on all projects. We believe each client and project has unique needs and can benefit from different and clever combinations of expertise, personalities and experiences. We start with fully understanding the needs of each project, then we curate the best team that can effectively deliver what the client needs. Below are some of our esteemed network of colleagues who all have skills and talents that complement each other. Collectively we are diverse in our experiences, backgrounds and perspectives, but we have in common a passion and urgency for helping organizations and people be better at creating the type of change the world desperately needs, and have more fun doing it! Sarah is an ICF accredited, certified executive coach with deep experience in the financial sector. In her 20-year career, Sarah held trading floor management roles in brokering, distribution and marketing, for global investment banks and brokerages. She was the first female trader at Macquarie Bank, and went on to revolutionize equities marketing and distribution at Deutsche Bank and HSBC.
Sam is an innovation consultant based in San Francisco--helping organizations reinvent their strategy design, leadership culture, product development, and future visioning. He is a Berkeley-Haas innovation & design faculty, THNK strategy lead, and Nasdaq entrepreneurship coach.
Lieselotte is a successful designer, facilitator of unique leadership journeys for senior leaders. She is an unusual mix of a leadership coach, management trainer, instructional designer, experienced in Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching, meditation, voice dialogue, and systemic work, as well as a long and rich career in theatre as actor and coach.
Greg is a Senior Executive Coach, Human Capital Transformation, Learning and Leadership Development consultant with over 25 years of senior executive experience in leading global organizations through transformations. Greg had senior leadership roles in complex, high growth organizations such as Citi, Pepsi and Saks 5th Avenue.
CP Lee heads the Singapore office of Aligned Growth Partners, where he is responsible for the Asia Pacific region. He has almost 25 years experience as a senior Human Resource practitioner working for large corporations with over 20,000 employees in Singapore and China. He has held posts as Vice President of Human Resources at Motorola, Inc., Multi-Fineline Electronix Inc. and Ching Luh Group.
Anton Fishman is a sought after expert on Social Robotics and has helped numerous companies understand the impact of AI and Deep Learning on leaders and work. He is an experienced consultant, coach, business advisor and entrepreneur.
After a long and courageous journey with cancer, Elizabeth passed away today, peacefully, surrounded by people who loved her.
Her legacy of caring, compassion and light she brought into the world will continue to shine on in all of us and all the souls she touched. She will now fly with her own wings again.
