Rens is the founder of, and partner in, Purpose+, a purpose-driven consulting firm that provides strategic consultancy for organisations. He specializes in the intersection of corporate strategy and psychology for corporate teams, where he combines classic strategy work with the notion of 'purpose', having a quantified positive impact, for organisations. Previously a consultant with McKinsey, Rens has a background in social- and sport psychology (University of Amsterdam), as well as a background in business (Harvard Business School). In his free time Rens can generally be found either on the water (surfing or kitesurfing) or in the mountains. He lives in Amsterdam.
